Warranty:

Pet Door Concepts warrants these products for 5 years, Pet doors for walls, pet doors for french doors, pet doors in glass, and all custom pet doors as follows. All flexible vinyl flaps are covered for 1 year but may last as long as 6 years with regular cleaning with warm soapy water. (DO NOT USE CLEANING AGENTS). Solo Electronic Pet Doors are warranteed for 1 year by the manufacturer.

Any damage caused by improper installation, pets or accident are not covered in this warranty.

Custom pet doors made to customers dimensions that are to large, can be downsized for a fee but are non refundable and shipping charges will apply.
